Your use of this site, your placement of an order, or your submittal of any purchase order to Mona Lisa Sound, Inc., (hereinafter "Mona Lisa Sound","us,"" or ""we"") indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any other terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not signed by Mona Lisa Sound, Inc. Mona Lisa Sound reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.


Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order and does not constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell. Mona Lisa Sound reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.


Sales Taxes

Mona Lisa Sound shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable New York and New Jersey sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York and New Jersey. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.


Payment Methods

Credit Cards: We accept the following major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express®. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, and Personal Checks: We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check and upon clearance of personal checks and company checks. We reserve the right to charge a fee on all returned checks.


Shipping

Mona Lisa Sound ships domestically by U. S. Priority Mail®. For Overnight Next Business Day delivery, we ship by USPS Express Mail® for an additional charge depending on weight of the shipment. For shipments outside of the United States we ship by USPS Express International. If you desire a different method of shipment, please contact us by email at Mona Lisa Sound.


Delivery Times and Requirements

All of our merchandise is shipped directly from our New Jersey offices. All shipments are subject to Mona Lisa Sound stock availability. We do our best to keep our most popular arrangements, Digital Prints and CDs in stock. We make every effort to ship products the same day your order is placed subject to the method of payment. Once shipped from our offices, we reserve the right to charge a fee for any shipment that is refused. Mona Lisa Sound does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.


Backordered Products

In the event that you order a product that is not in stock, we will let you know by phone or email of the backordered status of your order. The HSQ Jacket can take 4 to 6 weeks to deliver. We will do our best to keep you apprised of delivery dates.


Cancellations

We make every effort to ship our products out within 24 hours of your order. Therefore, once an order has been processed, only backordered products may be cancelled. To request cancellation on backordered items, please call our Customer Service Department at 1.877.263.5691 or email us at Sales.


Returns

At Mona Lisa Sound, we pride ourselves on producing the finest sheet music, Digital Prints and CDs available anywhere as well as servicing the needs of our customers. We want you to be happy with each purchase you make. However, because sheet music, Digital Prints and CDs are easily copied (a violation of U.S. Copyright law), we will be happy to replace items that have arrived damaged or defective, but we cannot offer refunds. We provide the first page of each score, "hot spots", a sound recording sample, difficulty levels and solo information in order to give you as much information as possible about the particular arrangement. Our policy on returns is simple. If a product you ordered arrives damaged or defective, you have 10 days from the date of the invoice to return it for a replacement copy of the arrangement, poster or CD. Prior to returning any item, please call Customer Service Department at 1.877.263.5691 (or email us at Sales) for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
