String Quartet Only

Simple and very pretty. One of the best Beatles melodies. Nice four-part harmonies contrast with an inventive middle section.

This was a relatively easy arrangement as the original already had fairly full harmonies spelled out in early Beatles tradition. All I had to do was keep it simple, uncluttered, and allow that pretty melody to be heard. Perfect intonation is always mandatory but here this is especially true. Anything less than perfect will be obvious as the writing is very transparent.
